| First, I will not start by blaming institutions for their shortcomings. When I review their conduct, I would expect improvements on their part just as I have recorded my improvements. If there is resistance, then moving forward they are to understand not to hinder my improvements and accept my avoidance of their environments. I have a responsibility as an adult to myself to make up on the shortcomings institutions have failed in my youth.
